Shipping & Returns

We do NOT offer FREE shipping, unless it is noted on the item. All shipping charges are COD (Collect on Delivery) cash or money order.  

You MUST calculate shipping before placing your order and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Shipping Charges. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us. 

Shipping Charges are not included on the price of Furniture. We offer White Glove Delivery and delivery to a business location when it is available to you.

Please allow 4-8 weeks after the purchase of your order, we will make every effort to ship the product prior to the lead times when possible. 

If customers cancelled, refused or are not available for a scheduled delivery, they will be subject to a re-delivery fee.
Customers are normally contacted one or two days before delivery with a 4 hour time window for the actual delivery date.


* Two delivery experts will be delivering your products.

 * Carriers do not dispose of any packaging materials. Carriers will cut the cardboard down as small as possible for easy disposal by the customer. Packaging materials will be place in or beside nearest dumpster, recycle bin, roadside, garage or next to house.

(Safety and environmental regulations prevent the carrier from transporting the used packaging materials.)

 Deliveries are scheduled seven days a week from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

 On pieces weighing over 200 pounds, drivers may require additional assistance. Examples: Second or higher floor deliveries with low ceilings and/or tight turns, unable to park truck within 100 yards of home entrance.

Please be sure that the size and dimensions of the merchandise will fit in the designated room and the entrance passages by a comfortable margin. If the delivery to the designated room involves limited maneuverability because of narrow halls, doorways or stairwells, etc., the freight carrier will not be responsible for any damage that could result in attempting placement. Further, if set-up in your designated area is not conveniently feasible as determined by delivery personnel, delivery and set-up will only be made to an accessible area.
Please be sure to clear the designated room and the path leading to it of any obstacles in advance of the delivery date.

 

Customers are welcome to pick up at our warehouse, we request a 48 hours advance notice to have your order ready and inspected. NC State taxes are applicable on pick up orders and 10% of the value of the order. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before it is release to you.

 

Customer is responsible for making note of the furniture dimensions and size to make sure that it will fit not only in the designated room but also through all entrances and passages leading to the designated room, therefore, cancellations cannot be accepted on this basis.

 

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We start processing your order from the time that we receive it, which includes purchasing the goods from our manufacturers. We accept order cancellations within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. We may, at our discretion, make an exception in which case a restocking charge of (30%) of the purchase price plus shipping will be charged. You must inspect each and every item carefully immediately upon delivery, if you notice a damage or defect you must notify the drivers and noted on the Bill of Lading. Most issues can be handled by the experience delivery personnel, if so, it will be handled at time of delivery. If the product(s) need to be return, an approval needs to be requested by either you or the driver. Once the product comes back to our warehouse, we will inspect it and at our discretion the product(s) will be deluxed (restored), factory repaired or factory replaced and then re-delivered to you. You will not be responsible for the re-delivery charges unless the merchandise was of normal production quality. You must only return the individual item that is unacceptable and not any companion pieces. In occasions, we may decide to leave the product in your home and send a furniture technician to restore or repair the item. Pictures of damages are required.
